I ordered a bag and a purse, right around Black Friday. At first, I didn’t have a good impression because I didn’t receive a tracking number for quite a while and no one was answering my emails. However, Ava finally got back to me and she was amazing. Very helpful and kind and I received everything very quickly after she contacted me. And I am so glad I waited because both the bag and purse are gorgeous. I’m so happy with my purchase!
