Olivia exceeded my expectations by far!
I receive my bag that arrived beautifully packed but it had a small hole in the fabric that I noticed a little to late to throwing out my order packaging and returns slip.
I was just going to not worry about it as it was only very small and hardly noticeable to someone else’s eye.
I received a message from Olivia asking if I received my bag and if I was happy. I explained the situation and sent a photo. For Olivia to then re send me a whole new bag! Thank you thank you! I would recommend 100% I love my bag! and the service
Perfect everyday bag - so roomy and can fit so many things in there!! The strap is extremely comfortable! Highly recommend and I am blown away with Olivia’s outstanding customer service and most importantly - “speedy” delivery because I am not a very patient customer 😆
